Basically this holiday is more like a training holida
And the bad thing is that the term " Bicep Rupture" came to me today.
It's like so damn fucking hurtful and things like that.

For those training out there please make sure
that you take enough protein and carb before training.
Also make sure you have enough sugar before weight lifting. "
